Types of Inspections

Buyer’s Inspections
When you are about to close on a home the excitement can be overwhelming and you may wish to close as soon as possible. Before you jump on the offer, make sure your investment is a wise one. Our home inspectors will perform a thorough examination of your home structures and appliances to make sure that everything is to the best possible standards and you are getting a fair offer and a safe home to live in.

Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection
It is just as important for home-sellers and real estate agents to have an accurate assessment of the home’s condition before listing it for sale. Our Inspection will uncover any faults or needed repairs. This way all the problems discovered can be fully addressed or repaired before the property is listed. This will let buyers know you are listing a fair and honest price!

New Construction
Many buyers neglect to get their newly constructed homes inspected because they believe home inspections are only for older used homes. However, many contractors do not complete construction to the correct standards and often rush the job or use cheap materials. Protect your investment and have a licensed home inspector make sure that your contractor has done the job right and your home has been constructed to the correct industry standards.

11 Month / Builder Warranty
Since contractors generally provide a 12 month warranty, you could potentially save yourself thousands by getting this service. We will evaluate every aspect of your home to make sure anything that needs to be fixed or could be a potential problem is fixed before your warranty expires and you have to pay for the repairs yourself.

Home Maintenance Inspection
As a homeowner, the value of your property is important. It’s important to make sure your home is routinely inspected for any new weaknesses in its structures or disrepair in its appliances and components. Make sure you maintain your home’s value and have an inspector give a detailed report on your home’s condition.

Radon Testing
Radon is a harmful gas that is not uncommon in most of North America. Radon is both invisible and odorless. Be certain that your property is safe. Have a professional inspector perform a radon test for any harmful gases present in your home.

Mold Testing
Mold is both invasive and damaging to your home’s structure and your family’s health. Having a mold test performed is a must to make sure there are no harmful molds present in your home. THe inspector will not only find any mold present at the time of Inspection but they will also alert you to potential problem spots in the future
